Hello readers! So sorry I couldn't post last Friday ( oops!). Me and my family have been on a road trip for the past week and I managed to post Monday and Wednesday, but couldn't on Friday. I warned my followers on my email list but realized I hadn't posted it on my page! But enough about me now. Today I am reviewing Message in a Bottle by Nicolas Sparks.
While on the beach during Theresa's well-earned vacation, she discovers a bottle, half-buried in the sand. Inside is a note, to "Catherine" from "Garrett". The note is touching and lovingly written, showing the loss of Garrett's Catherine. Touched by the letter, Theresa sets out to find Garrett, and realizes her life will never be the same after meeting this man. This is a love story about two people finding each other despite living thousands of miles away.
This was the first Nicolas Spark's book that I read and I really enjoyed it. The book was touching and sad, but also joyful and inspiring. I loved in the story how well Theresa and Garrett fit together, and also how Garrett was great with Theresa's son. This was really a beautiful book.
I hope to see you guys on Wednesday!
